This week I have learnt about all, no, both, either and neither.
All
You can use all before a plural or an uncountable noun to make a general statement.
All birds have wings.
(with a plural noun)
All luggage has to be checked.
(with an uncountable noun)
No
No is the opposite of all. You can use no before singular, plural or uncountable nouns.
No drug is completely safe.
There are no eggs in the fridge.
Both, Either and Neither
You can use both, either and neither when you talk about exactly two people or things.
Both Jenny and I like swimming.
Either computer is expensive.
Neither Paul nor Pether can come tonight.
